It's funny to watch this now that the show is done. They had just shot season 4 when this interview took place, so Cat was already dead at this point. So when the guy asks if they've both read the novels and know what's in store for their characters, feels like he is fishing a little bit for Michelle to hint at Lady Stoneheart, which obviously didn't happen on the show.

Lena and Michelle are delightful. I can’t wait to see Lena’s film that she wrote and directed, and Michelle starred in. Their interaction and friendship and mad respect for each other is lovely.

This was actually a pretty good interview. I wish I knew what some of the questions that were asked. Thankfully, George says it sometimes. But to be honest, I only remember him saying one of the questions once. I's easy to get the idea of what is being asked, though. Anyways, good questions were asked here, I think.

Ok interview. A lot of the same stuff said before and most questions were about got. The one same question bears repeating I guess but George always tells it pretty much the same way.

I think he shows some ignorance here in terms of his knowledge of computers. There are a lot of innovative "gambler" types, that go on to make video games, start companies, or create software all of which require immense creativity, arguably more so than writing fiction or the performing arts. So to leave that out of so-called "creative endeavors" is probably due to that same blind spot that he has when it comes to whether video games are art.

Pretty sure Bran will end up being a vilain in the books. Actually if we take a closer look to the show and assume that it was part of GRRM directives, than it's safe to say that all the Starks will low key be vilains by the end. However it was dumb from D&D to apply that to the show, since the build up for it wasn't there. Everything about S8 just sounds wrong and out of nowhere.

Shocker D&D didn’t get it right. They rushed S8 for Star Wars and that terrible Will Smith movie and how did that work out.

If they knew Bran would be king all the way back when ADWD was being written, why wouldn’t they actually develop that storyline? Nothing in the prior seasons would have suggested Bran being king
